Expect a detailed workout session designed to help you reach your exact goal, along with feedback on form and technique. We’ll also chat briefly about progress and next steps.

Once you fill out the form, I’ll contact you directly to schedule your sessions. You’ll choose your preferred days, times, and format (Zoom or in-person), and we’ll lock it in.

Zoom sessions are live virtual workouts you can do from anywhere perfect if you're at home or on the go. In-person sessions are hands-on and happen at a set location. Both options include customized workouts, coaching, and real-time feedback.

Sessions can be done using just your bodyweight, but if you have bands, dumbbells, or other equipment, simply choose your option in the form below!

In person sessions only available for those located in Sweden.

Pricing depends on session frequency, location (Zoom vs. in person), and whether you choose a single session or a package.

I’d love to work with everyone, but due to my travel schedule and time zone differences, I’m only able to take on a limited number of 1-on-1 clients at a time. If I’m currently out of the country or our availability doesn’t align, I may not be able to accept your application right away.
